    What is poundattack Boot Camp?

    poundattack Boot Camp is a four week outdoor fitness programme for women. It helps women of all ages to get into the best shape of their lives while having a lot of fun. As a camper, you will be motivated to push to your personal best, but not more than you are capable of. You will experience an unique training style and group feeling!

    What exercises will we be doing?

    Exercises include core conditioning, short distance running, muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training, , sports drills, mat work and more! Exercises target your allround fitness as well as specific areas that women need to work on. We make use of the natural environment and every day is different! You can expect a new workout every session.

    Do you need to be fit?

    No. You don`t have to be fit. All exercises are designed to cater for complete beginners as well as for more advanced campers. There is always a modification to match any exercise with your fitness level.

    What equipment will I have to bring?

    All you need to bring is a fitness mat oder a (thick) towel and enough water! Sunscreen  and a hat are also recommended!

    When does the Boot Camp start?

    We will start on the 3rd of February. The camp will run for 4 weeks (last session is on the 28th of February).

    Where will the classes be held?

    Classes will be held  at the beach in Barra in front of Golden Green. Please ask me if you need directions.

     

    How often will we train?

    We are going to train twice a week. Wednesday and Friday  mornings from 8:30 to 9:30. I highly recommend that you join 3 times a week. However, if you cannot make it, try to attend at least 2 sessions a week (price will be the same).

    How long will we train?

    One session lasts 60 minutes, including warm up, workout and cool down/stretching

     

    What if it rains?

    Hey, I am used to bad weather ;-)! I will be there no matter if it is raining, storming or snowing and I hope you will be there, too :-)! There are a few covered areas where we will be protected from rain. If it is raining please bring dry clothes to change after the workout.

    What will my results look like?

    This highly depends on your diet and you fitness level. When you also follow my nutrition advices average results look like this:

    How much will it cost?

    The first session is a try out sesssion. You can attend this class for free, so you can see whether you like it. If you decide to train with us, you pay 299 reais for the whole camp for 8 sessions (only valid for the current camp!). A drop in class is 50 reais.

     

    Is my trainer qualified?

    I just want to let you know that you are in best hands :-). I studied sports in Munich, I am a qualified group fitness instructor and personal trainer and I had two very sucessfull Fitness Boot Camps for women in South Africa and Germany. I LOVE fitness and I am thrilled to show you how you can get into the best shape of your live :-)!
